Study On Financial Risk Of YK Company Based On Internal Control

Nowadays,with the rapid economic development of various countries,competition among companies is increasingly fierce.However,on the way of seeking development,enterprises will face many risks.Among all kinds of risks,finance risks are closely related to the development of enterprises,and they are among the risks that have the greatest impact on the economic conditions of enterprises.Enterprises must recognize the existence of their own finance YK risks,and timely response.Thus,the importance of enterprise intern YK control is thus apparent.The formal introduction of the concept of internal control in China has a short history,but its application has played a very important role in the modern social and economic conditions.In the ever-changing economic environment,it is of great theoretical and practical significance to ensure that the internal control system of an enterprise always meets the needs of its own development for the prevention of financial risks.Medical device industry plays a key role in China’s economic growth.With more and more attention paid to health by the country and the people,the development of medical equipment industry is also concerned by the country.This paper analyzes the financial risks faced by YK company from the perspective of internal control.Firstly,it introduces the research background,purpose and significance.Secondly,it elaborates the basic concepts and relevant theories applied in this paper.This paper briefly introduces the situation of YK company,and analyzes the financial index based on the financial data of the company in recent years.According to the analysis results,it is found that YK company has large debt scale,unreasonable debt structure,rapid growth of investment scale and great financial risk.In view of this,a series of Suggestions on financial risk prevention are put forward from the perspective of internal control,and the research conclusions are prospected.
