With the progress and development of society,the building functions are becoming more and more complex,and the losses caused by non-structural components after the earthquake are getting higher and higher,far exceeding the social and landlord’s tolerance.Therefore,how to protect the safety of non-structural components has become another new topic in seismic design of buildings.The traditional support and hanger system is a support system with gravity as the main load.The electromechanical anti-seismic support and hanger system proposed in this paper is a support system with seismic force as the main load.Through the seismic support and hanger,the various systems of electromechanical engineering can be fully provided in the earthquake.Protection can be used to resist damage from seismic forces in the horizontal and vertical directions.At present,the seismic brackets for electromechanical pipelines have been gradually applied to various projects such as airports,subways,commercial and residential,and industrial.Domestic and foreign scholars have carried out some research on the static performance of electromechanical support hangers,but the research on the seismic performance of the brackets is still in a blank stage,and the seismic performance of the anti-seismic brackets needs to be analyzed.In order to study the seismic performance of seismic support hangers,this paper proposes the arrangement method of single-pipe,cable tray and air-damping anti-vibration support hangers,and uses ABAQUS finite element software to carry out static simulation analysis under vertical load and horizontal low-cycle.The pseudo-static analysis under the action of reciprocating load analyzes the finite element results of the seismic support and hanger,and obtains the hysteresis curve,skeleton curve,stiffness degradation curve,energy dissipation coefficient,etc.of the seismic support hangers.Performance indicators.In the case of damping ratios of ξ=0.02 and ξ=0.05,on the vibration table,the anti-seismic hanger system components,the pipe hanger and hanger system components,the integrated finished hanger system components,the pre-buried channel and the matching tight The artificial seismic wave seismic test of the firmware and the rear-expanded anchor bolts with seismic fortification intensity of 9 degrees(designed seismic fundamental acceleration 0.4g,seismic response spectrum acceleration curve corresponding to the building structure seismic influence coefficient curve is greater than 1.4g)Effectiveness.The analysis results show that the arrangement of lateral or longitudinal diagonal bracing steel can significantly improve the bearing capacity and energy dissipation capacity of the support and hanger.Among them,the bearing capacity of the seismic support hanger of the"lateral+longitudinal" diagonal bracing steel is The energy consumption capacity is obviously better than that of the "lateral" diagonal bracing steel.The finite element simulation analysis of the angle and stiffness of the diagonal bracing steel for the seismic support hangers shows that the energy dissipation effect is best when the diagonal bracing steel is 45 degrees and the channel thickness is 2.5 mm.Seismic seismic tests were carried out on the vibrating table under the damping ratios ξ=0.02 and ξ=0.05.After the seismic test,the samples were tested,the structure was firm and crack-free,no parts were loose,falling off,no leakage,and no damage.And deformation,it proves that the seismic support can protect the electromechanical pipeline from being damaged during the earthquake and has certain protection ability.In this paper,the static and pseudo-static performance of the seismic support hangers are comprehensively and systematically studied,and the parameters analysis method of the seismic support hangers is proposed.At the same time,the effectiveness of the seismic support is verified by the shaking table test,and the subsequent seismic support is The deep theoretical research provides a foundation and plays an important reference role in engineering applications.
