For a long time,the elevator industry products have been homogenized and lacked innovation.In the era of intelligent manufacturing,social collaborative manufacturing C2M customization has gradually become the mainstream.Today,the proportion of non-standard elevators in the elevator industry is close to 50%.In the face of a large number of non-standard elevators,the traditional manual design method has been seriously lagging behind.This research is derived from the actual work of the Master of Engineering.In order to improve the non-standard design capability of elevators,this paper takes the elevator control system as the research object,and carries out the research and application of the non-standard design of elevator control system based on expert system.The main contents of the thesis are:Firstly,through the analysis of the composition of the elevator control system,the non-standard design of the elevator control system is divided into five subsystem design problems,which lays a foundation for the subsequent research framework representation.Then it introduces the common non-standard types of elevator control systems.Features,and an example of the non-standard processing logic of each subsystem.Secondly,the overall framework is designed for the elevator control non-standard design expert system,including knowledge base,inference engine,comprehensive database,human-computer interaction interface,knowledge acquisition and interpreter.The functional block diagram of the expert system is given.For the core of the expert system,the overall scheme of the inference engine is designed by fuzzy reasoning.Thirdly,the paper introduces the concrete implementation of the elevator control non-standard design expert system,including four modules:knowledge acquisition,knowledge representation,knowledge reasoning and interpretation mechanism.It focuses on a framework rule representation combining frame representation and production representation.The knowledge representation includes three elements of confidence,importance,and matching.The calculation method of the non-standard design comprehensive matching degree M of fuzzy reasoning in expert system is given,and an improved fuzzy inference algorithm is proposed.Based on the above research,the data interaction and software integration issues are considered.In the elevator control non-standard design expert system,VBA(Visual Basic for Application)is used to realize data interaction with SOLIDWORKS,CAD,PRO/ENGINEER and EXCEL.The automation of the expert system backend.The effectiveness and superiority of the expert system described in this paper is demonstrated by two examples.Finally,the paper summarizes the work of the full text and looks forward to the future research direction.
