Since the 1980 s,under the impetus of the reform and Opening up policy,various enterprises have been stimulated by the market economy,and private enterprises have sprung up.Some companies are now world-famous large enterprise groups.However,in order to make China's economy stable and progress,and develop well and quickly,General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward five tasks of “three to one,one reduction and one supplement” at the 2015 Central Economic Work Conference,requiring enterprises to reduce leverage and prevent financial risk pressure.And systemic risk.This makes the traditional development expansion model unable to continue to be used in the new external competition environment.At this point,how to break through the bottleneck of enterprise development has become a problem that every large enterprise focuses on.Throughout the world's well-known enterprises,their development is facing the problem of how to further strengthen the enterprise.Most enterprises have chosen the development strategy of integration of industry and finance.Through the combination of the industry-integrated strategic model selected by these enterprises,it can be found that the strategic model of integration of industry and finance is mainly influenced by the politics,culture,economy and system of different countries,and there are different strategies for integration of industry and finance in different places.For example,in the United States,companies mainly choose a market-oriented combination strategy;in Japan and Germany,they generally choose a combination of industry and finance with banks,but in Korea,companies are mainly government-led strategies..It can be seen that in different places,the strategic model of integration of production and finance is not the same.Chinese enterprises are diversified in terms of integration of industry and finance.This is mainly because the early financial system in China is not perfect or imperfect.Among them are the holding groups of financial capital control industrial industries,and the industrial groups that control industrial investment by industrial capital.Up to now,some enterprises have greatly improved the scale and core competitiveness of their own enterprises by means of their own industry-integration and strategic models.However,more enterprises have not controlled the balance point in the choice of production and integration models,which makes the company change its course.Or the capital chain is broken and the company is dying.Therefore,in the new external environment,we must combine the relevant theories and practices at home and abroad,and have the meaning of reference and guidance for the development strategy of the future integration of industry and finance in China.Since its establishment in 1993,Hainan Airlines Group has been a Fortune 500 company and a world-famous world-class enterprise.Its success is indispensable for the choice and application of the industry-integrated strategic model.This paper will focus on the dynamic changes in Hainan Airline's choice of strategic mode of integration of industry and finance,and why it should be chosen,and its root causes.It also explains the operation mechanism of Hainan Airlines' industrial and commercial integration strategy model.Finally,according to the current situation of Hainan Airlines,the strategic model of integration of industry and finance is analyzed.And the proposal to adjust the direction according to the current external environment in the later stage of the integration of the industry and finance.
