into the forest to embrace the atmosphere of nature and release the pressure.Forest parks are an important collection of forest resources.Tropical forests are the most abundant and structurally complex forest ecosystems on land,applying people to relieve stress and cultivate sentiment.Due to its unique geographical location and climate characteristics,Hainan provides good conditions for the development and construction of forest parks in the tropics.In recent decades,the construction of forest parks in the tropics has received increasing attention.The overall plan of the Nangao Ling Forest Park is based on the above background.The park is located in the tropical area of Yacha Town,Baisha County,Hainan Province.The overall planning of the four boundaries:north to Jiujialing,south to the wrong road;east to Lila Ridge West to Jinpo Ridge.It covers an area of about 4000.02 hectares.It is rich in local forest resources and has a certain area of tropical prime forest area.It is an important choice for the development and construction of forest parks in the tropics.Compared with the surrounding forest parks,the location advantage of the Nangao Ling Forest Park is not obvious,and its development has been limited.At the same time,the characteristics of tropical forest resources are not prominent,and forest plants need to be focused on.In order to solve the above problems in the park and better promote the construction of the Nangao Ling Forest Park,it is necessary to conduct in-depth discussion on the basic characteristics and status of the forest parks in the tropics,and propose corresponding planning theories and methods.At the same time,the basic planning and ecological construction policies of Baisha County in Hainan Province are interpreted.Based on the summary of domestic and foreign forest park planning cases,the landscape characteristics and forest resources of forest parks are sorted out and studied in depth through field investigation and preliminary construction background analysis.The legal norms are based on the principle of"protection priority,sustainable development,and overall planning";Taking forest eco-tourism as the construction focus;the overall planning of the Nangao Ling Forest Park,the layout of the planning structure is divided into "one corridor,three hearts,four districts,six scenic spots"."One corridor" refers to the"Eco-health Education Promenade",whose main functions are science,education,appreciation and well-being."Three Hearts"refers to "the cliff view-Guteng Roman-Yulin","Tropical Rainforest Valley-Water Bridge-First Line","Lixiangshan Trail-Kapok Manchu-Feilai Stone",these three core viewing routes.The "four districts" refer to the "core landscape area","leisure recreation area","management service area" and "forest ecological conservation area",which are divided into four functional divisions."Six scenes" are divided according to the forest park area.The six scenic spots are the six scenic spots of "Jiujia Ling Scenic Area","Nangao Ling Scenic Area","Tropical Rain Forest Valley Scenic Area","Mao Ling Scenic Area","Xian Po Ling Scenic Area" and"Wulong Ling Scenic Area".tropical forest plants are the main features of the park,and forest eco-tourism is the focus of construction,and three large-scale tropical plant sightseeing blocks are planned in tandem.The Nangao Ling precious eucalyptus forest and tropical vines are used as the main line to shape the "Ancient Impression" plant characteristic block;the tropical plants in the first line of Tianshuixi are used as the main line to shape the"Tropical Rainforest Valley" plant characteristic block;The unique local plants such as:ancient cockroaches,medicinal plants,aromatic plants and other main lines shape the "Li Feng Xiang Qing" plant characteristic block,highlighting the uniqueness and regionality of the plant landscape of Nangao Ling Forest Park.The Nangao Ling Forest Park will be built into a multi-type,high-level provincial forest park and a cultural representative of the county town of Baisha Li Autonomous County,including ecology,sightseeing,green science,health holiday,culture and adventure activities.In addition,this paper has carried out special planning for scenic tour planning,protection engineering planning,infrastructure engineering planning,disaster prevention engineering planning,investment estimation,etc.In Nangao Ling Forest Park to further improve the construction of scenic spots and improve the quality of infrastructure services.The Nangao Ling Forest Park is able to develop healthily and sustainably,and give full play to the ecological,economic and social benefits of the forest park itself.This paper explores the overall plan of Hainan Nangao Ling Forest Park and hopes to provide some theoretical and planning references for the future development of forest parks and the overall planning of forest parks in the tropics.
