By analyzing the reasons of the tropical island effect, the paper mainly researched the layout,the plant community and the forest plant structure of the forest urban from the aspect of the foresturban planning and construction. Taking the forest system of Hangzhou city as the object of study,With the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods,the paper focuses on the research ofremission of forest urban construction that leads to the tropical island effect.The research has laid thetheoretical foundation for the forest urban planning and construction, and it also has vital practicalsignificance regarding the construction of reasonable city forest system..The results of the paper's research mainly include the following contents:1. The high-temperature region of Hangzhou city heat island effect are mainly located inShangcheng district, Jianggan district, Gongsu district and the New Town Development Zone, andthe most obvious of that is near the train station, bus station, elevated and the business district.2. The paper analyzes the reasons that lead to the tropical island effect. On one hand, it obtainsthat the regional setting and the landform are connected to the tropical island effect by analyzinghangzhou city which locates in the Yangtze River delta.On the other hand, it reaches the conclusionthat the tropical island effect will be increased along with the development of urbanization, and itpresents that Summer suffers the most serious, Spring and Autumn is the minor serious, Autumn isthe least, which also indicates that the strength of evening hot island is greater than the daytime.3. Analyzing the different forest elements of hangzhou city, it obtains that the daytimetemperature in hangzhou Tianmu Mountain and Xixi wet land is4-10℃lower than city center, andthe massive forest play a most part in cooling which can drop by7-10℃.With observation offorest sample in Xihu block and binjiang block, it obtains that abundant plant community can coolsuch as trees overshadow can drop by0.2℃.4. From the aspect of controlling CO2,low-carbon life style, reasonable layout of the cityandincreasing the forest area level,it can alleviate the urban heat island effect, and the forest urbanplanning principles are presented, The entire distribution of hangzhou forest city is the "one core,two-axis, five multi-Gallery". And it propose the problems of forest city planning, which focuses onthe construction of unifying, improving the level of planning, supervision, low carbon emissions, constructing quality ecological landscape, improving relevant legislation.
