Power environment monitoring system is the product of the high development of modern digitalization and informationization.The purpose of the system is to monitor the power equipment and operating environment of the computer room in real time,report alarm in time,guarantee all kinds of equipment normal and stable,reduce the working intensity of operation and maintenance personnel,and provide scientific basis for maintenance and analysis of abnormal equipment for operation and maintenance personnel.Based on the actual work and production situation,the monitoring data of the power environment monitoring system in Shuohuang Railway Communication Room are analyzed in depth.The characteristics of the monitoring data corresponding to the fault status of the equipment in the power environment system are summarized A relatively complete power environment monitoring data analysis system is constructed by using fault diagnosis technology,and apply it to actual production.The main work done in this paper is as follows:Firstly,a battery state classification method based on floating charge voltage monitoring data is proposed The voltage composition time series of single battery in the battery pack discharge-charge process is established according to the time series of different characteristics of the single battery corresponding to different states.Single battery state classification model.This paper introduces the SVM classification algorithm based on GAK kernel function,and elaborates the process from data acquisition to classification model establishment.The comparison experiments show that the SVM classification algorithm based on GAK kernel function has obvious advantages in this classification problem compared with the traditional kernel function based SVM classification method.Secondly,a fault detection method for the battery monitoring module in the power environment system is proposed.According to the abnormal fluctuation of the adjacent single battery in the battery group,the fault module can be detected in real time.At the same time,an evaluation index for the overall running status of the station is proposed,which visually displays the running status of each station.The original data was divided by DTW-based clustering method,and the specific fault cell expression was screened out.Then,based on the above results,the power environment monitoring data analysis system is designed and implemented,which realizes the automatic state classification of the single battery,the real-time fault detection of the battery monitoring module and the evaluation of the running status of each station,and is applied in the actual production environment.Finally,the paper summarizes the research content of the paper,points out the current shortcomings,and puts forward its own views on the next development direction of related technologies.
