Condition Monitoring System For Power Station Equipments

In China ,there are still many small and medium-sized power plants in operation which has lower unit capacity, smaller parameter and poor equipment automation management and basically doesn't have on-line monitoring system .So this paper develops a set of multi-channel online condition monitoring system .It , economical and practical , is able to improve small and medium-sized power plant's automation management level, have functions of displaying,alarming and saving data, ensures safe operation of equipments, reduces the occurrence and non-plan shutdown and improves economic performance. Meanwhile the system is suitable to self-conditioned plants.This paper introduces data collection and pretreatment methods, chooses the hardware of vibration and temperature sensors, DAS and IPC. It also designs the conditioning circuit from sensors'output signals to DAS'input signals. In addition, this paper researches on-line data management programs and designs the software of this system.
