With the development of social production,ultrasound and its application technology play an increasingly important role,and ultrasonic pile hole detector technology has also been widely used in the field of infrastructure construction in China.In view of the problems of ultrasonic pile hole detector in the current market,weak transmission signals,less signal acquisition data,lower data transmission speed and higher cost.Using hardware design technology,embedded software technology,TCP/IP technology,combined with time-varying gain control algorithm,the signal acquisition system of ultrasonic pile hole detector based on UDP is designed and implemented.The main contents of this article are as follows:Firstly,in this paper,the detection principle of the ultrasonic pile hole detector and the system composition of the ultrasonic pile hole detector are studied,and the system composition and each part are briefly described.In this paper,the overall framework of the signal acquisition system of the ultrasonic pile hole detector based on UDP is designed,and the driving system of the ultrasonic transducer and the ultrasonic echo signal processing system of the two subsystems are analyzed.Secondly,in this paper,according to the overall design scheme of the driving system of the ultrasonic transducer,the driving system of the ultrasonic transducer is designed and implemented.The working principle and equivalent circuit model of the ultrasonic transducer are simply analyzed.Based on the working principle of the ultrasonic transducer,the driving circuit of the transducer is designed.The software design of the driving system of the ultrasonic transducer is completed,and the transmission of the high voltage pulse,and then the transducer is driven to generate ultrasonic wave.Thirdly,according to the overall design scheme of the ultrasonic echo signal processing system,the ultrasonic echo signal processing system is designed and implemented.The receiving circuit of the ultrasonic echo signal is completed,and the conditioning of the ultrasonic echo signal is realized.The software control program of the ultrasonic echo signal processing system is designed,the UDP data transmission format is formulated,and the wired transmission network is composed of STM32 and W5500.The acquisition and transmission control of the ultrasonic signal is realized.The Time-varied-gain control algorithm is studied,and the TVG function and DAC function are obtained according to the TVG correction method.Finally,the system was tested and analyzed.The test results of network communication,ultrasonic signal,host computer display,etc.show that the network connection is stable,the communication between the lower computer and the upper computer can be realized,the network transmission speed meets the system requirements.The ultrasonic transmission signal and the received signal are stable,and the noise is relatively small;the data received by the host computer is complete and accurate,and the data can be visualized,which has certain practical significance and promotion value.
