The steel-concrete composite bridge fully exerts the excellent characteristics of steel and concrete.Compared with the traditional concrete bridge,the composite bridge has the advantages of small self-weight,high stiffness,high strength and convenient construction.It is a very important part of the current bridge engineering.At present,however,there is not much involved in the fine analysis of steel-concrete composite bridge components.Based on the engineering background of Ningdu North-span Steel-concrete Composite Bridge,this paper uses the finite element software to simulate the various factors affecting the mechanical characteristics of the composite bridge.The specific contents are as follows:(1)In the form of numerical simulation experiment,the bolt pushing experiment is validated.According to the characteristics of Ningdu North-span steel-concrete composite beam bridge,an array pushing experiment is designed and analyzed by finite element method.The effects of bolt length,bolt spacing and steel plate thickness on the ultimate bearing capacity and ultimate slip of bolts are systematically discussed,and the outside bolts are analyzed.The influence of wrapping elastic material on the stress of concrete slab;(2)The stress analysis of the main girder of Ningdu North-span steel-concrete composite girder bridge is carried out by using the grillage method and the combined section in the construction stage,and the most disadvantageous parts of the bridge are obtained according to the analysis results.(3)Detailed analysis of the most disadvantageous parts is carried out.The most disadvantageous parts are parameterized by loading equivalent internal forces at both ends of the extension section through finite element software.The influence of steel box girder flange,web and concrete poured in the box chamber on the force of bridge deck and studs is discussed.(4)The stability of the floor and web is studied.The influence of the height of concrete filled in the box on the stability of the floor is analyzed by finite element software.Through the above research,this paper gets a series of conclusions,and puts forward reasonable suggestions for the design of Ningdu North-span steel-concrete composite bridge,which can provide reference for the design of medium-span steel-concrete composite bridge in the future.
