The experimentations and practise of the continuous composite steel-concrete bridge indicate that there is slippage on the interface, but there is less study on the shear flow which is brought by temperature and the longitudinal prestress. The second part will study the characteristics. The concrete slab in the negative moment regions of the continuous composite steel-concrete bridge is in tesion, so it crazes easily. Most of researches focus on the width of crack, but the third part maily focus on the stress of steel after the concrete slab's crack. The slippage on the interface may influence the deformation and the carrying capacity of the continuous composite steel-concrete bridge in some extend. The steel criterion adopt the depreciation method; The steel bridge criterion adopt the section conversion method; The forth part of this paper advance a new method which is based on the principia of equivalent curvature. The fifth part of thos paper calculates the Ping Ling Bridge in JiangSu province. It discusses the mechanics capability of the structure and the applicability of the common design method through the plane model contrasting the three-dimensional model. The effect of slip on the mechanical behavior of the composite steel-concrete beams is analysised.
