Central Transit Control(CTC),as an important component of railway signal system,can improve railway transport efficiency and ensure safety.This paper is based on the urgent need of safety control and standardization and automation of station operation to improve transportation efficiency on the train receiving operation,shunting operation and other aspects.The technical equipment platform scheme of station operation management and control system is selected according to the field demand of railway transportation,so as to build the system quickly,efficiently and reasonably and serve the site.Based on the advantages of CTC in decentralized autonomous mode,an overall solution(CTC3.0 station subsystem)of station operation management and control system is proposed around CTC to meet the actual needs of railway station transportation and production.CTC3.0 station subsystem realize the station plan for the management,monitor for the plan's safety,break through the existing station program from invisible to visible and from individual to common,normalize and improve the validity and reliability of operation for the station operators,and ensure the orderly hair train station for each link cohesion.Besides,ensure the safety of the uninterrupted hair train station.Through the multi-dimensional information security interlock verification and the combination of the signal system,the control of the wrong approach,the monitoring of equipment conditions and operating process conditions can be realized,so that the control of the train operation is fundamentally changed from human to equipment control.Integrated the hair train process links,not only standardizes the station attendant operation standard,and easy to master by the station attendant real-time dynamic each post,each link operation progress,which is advantageous to the station attendant effective cohesion of station operation plan arrangement,improve the transparency and efficiency of the station operation,and realize the mutual monitoring for each operation link.Therefore,it puts an end of the starting conditions which are not issued the safety of the train.It realizes the simplified and rapid operation mode of train access by means of the one-key trigger,and provides the function of route preview and confirmation,changes the way of handling train access by clicking(pressing)start and terminal button,eliminates the possibility of operators' wrong operation of equipment,and improves the safety and reliability of equipment operation.For the large and small mode of stations of general speed railway,this system can realize the centralized control of the large stations to the small stations under their jurisdiction to realize the train process management and automatic control,effectively expand the application scope of CTC in existing lines,and realize the safety,efficiency and controll of the operation.
