The Study On Safety Control Function Of Train Reception And Reparture Of Train Dispatching Command System In Existing Railway Station

The correctness of handling arrival-departure route routes is directly related to the railway transportation efficiency and traffic safety.The safety control of train reception and departure has been an unremitting work of the railway department to prevent serious consequences caused by wrong handling.For this reason,the railway department has adopted a series of management and technical means,such as rules and regulations,level-by-level monitoring and control of key parts of train reception and departure,automatic route setting of Centralized Traffic Control(CTC).CTC is a kind of technical equipment which is used to replace train operators to carry out the control of train reception and departure.It effectively prevents misjudgment and wrong handling caused by human factors in the process of train reception and departure.However,due to long time ago operating,most China's existing railway lines and stations are equipped with Train Dispatching Command System(TDCS).How to effectively achieve the purpose of all-around and whole-process of safety control to the train reception and departure by technical means has become urgency on the existing railway lines.By analyzing the work responsibilities of main train operators,the operation standards and procedures of train reception and departure,the key parts of train reception and departure,this thesis extracts the key points of safety risk existing in the train reception and departure process.According to those key points and several accidents of train reception and departure recently,this thesis analyzes the deficiencies and main problems existing in the safety control measures adopted at present,and designs the safety control function and train reception and departure system.Safety control function of train reception and departure is designed based on four principles of reusing resources,system compatibility,the adaptation,safety and reliability.It includes sub-functions of operating plan management,route operation,route setting condition control,operation process control,dispatching order management,"wrong handling" alarm,and mobile terminal operation.Safety control system of train reception and departure is built based on the existing TDCS system.It constituted by the hardware platform of station integrated processor,station server,central server and various terminals.It also constituted by the software modules of train operation plan processing,station display,dispatching order,train number processing,operation process control and "wrong handling" control.According to the status quo of TDCS in existing station,this thesis puts forward the implementation plan of the whole line transformation,the whole station transformation,the partial of one station transformation and the multi-direction station transformation.At the last part of this thesis,the analysis of each implementation plan from aspects of investment,implementation cycle,equipment transformation workload and expected effect provides reference for the follow-up transformation and upgrade.
