With the rapid development of modern society as well as the increasingly using of automobiles,the contradiction between the demand for efficient and orderly operation of transportation and the problem of urban traffic congestion has become increasingly obvious.At present,many problems such as the increase of traffic accidents,traffic delays,and deterioration of air pollution caused by the intensification of urban traffic congestion,etc.,have become common problems for the development of all countries.Regarding to this situation,this paper designs an intelligent traffic condition monitoring and traffic signal fuzzy control system to alleviate these contradictions.Firstly,this paper designs a traffic condition monitoring device,which can obtain road traffic information;Additionally,a fuzzy controller which realizes the traffic signal timing control is designed in this paper.The traffic flow data is used as the input quantity,and the traffic signal time is the controlled quantity.In this paper,the problems and defects of classical fuzzy control are considered comprehensively.The uncertain phase sequence fuzzy controller is used to analyze the real-time traffic flow,and the particle swarm optimization algorithm is introduced.Then the algorithm is used to optimize the uncertain phase sequence fuzzy controller.Finally,through simulation analysis,it is proved that the control performance of the optimized fuzzy controller is greatly improved.Considering that the circuit cabinet is located outdoors,it is susceptible to bad weather,theft and other factors.The system also designed the road cabinet security module to monitor the temperature and humidity and illegal intrusion of the circuit cabinet.The captured result can be uploaded to the host computer via Ethernet.To ensure the safety of the system circuit.In order to make the security monitoring more intelligent,the system introduces OpenCV(Computer Vision Library)technology to invade the alarm,video capture and evidence upload for illegal intrusion.
