In this paper,inorganic adhesives particleboard has been synthesized from waste building formwork and waste furniture by self-made inorganic cementitious materials.Single factor test was used to study the relationship between the type and amount of reinforcing agent,hot pressing time,density and curing agent and the properties of sheet metal,and ideal parameters were obtained.Then,the flame retardancy,thermal conductivity and thermal stability of the sheet were analyzed by performance testing.Through orthogonal optimization test,the ideal process conditions were finally determined.The following conclusions are drawn from the study:(1)When the hot pressing pressure is 2 MPa,the time is 410s,the temperature is 210℃,the holding time is 274s and the amount of reinforcing agent is 4%,the mechanical properties of the board meet the national standard requirements of(P1)particleboard;when the hot pressing pressure is 2.5 MPa,the time is 410s,the temperature is 210℃,the holding time is 274 s and the density is 0.95 g/cm3,the mechanical properties of the board meet the national standard requirements of(P2)particleboard;when the holding time is 244 s and magnesium chloride(4.5%)is added,the physical and mechanical properties of the board meet the national standard requirements of(P2)particleboard.(2)The thermal conductivity sheet is linear with density,and the highest oxygen index is 30.5%.When the holding time is 244s,magnesium chloride(4.5%)is added,and the highest oxygen index is 31%.the flame retardancy of the sheet reaches the level of B1-B,the smoke production characteristic reaches the level of S1,the thermal conductivity is 0.3 W/(m·K)(when the density is 0.75g/cm3,the thermal conductivity is 0.23 W/(m K)),and the oxygen index is 34%.Scanning electron microscopy(SEM)results validated the flame retardancy.(3)Orthogonal test shows that the optimum process parameters are as follows:curing agent dosage is 4.5%,pavement moisture content is 20%,hot pressing time is 360s,hot pressing temperature is 190℃.The highest oxygen index was 34%.
