| With the progress of society and the development of forestry level,wood,as a traditional building material,has regained its vitality in today’s increasingly tense ecological environment and increasingly serious pollution.The emergence of new wood structures has solved the short board of wood in durability,fire resistance and other physical properties,and has the characteristics of protecting the ecological environment and reducing carbon emissions.Orthogonal Glulam(CLT)breaks through the limitations of wood structure in terms of building height by virtue of its mechanical properties.It has become the best choice for wood structure to enter the field of high-rise buildings.Study the application of CLT structure in architecture and deepen it.Our understanding of this new building material is necessary.The content of this paper studies the structural design of the CLT wall from an architectural perspective.This paper is divided into seven chapters,the first chapter is the introduction,the second chapter is the main body of the paper,and the seventh chapter is the conclusion and outlook.The introduction part introduces the research background and research significance of the thesis,the review of domestic and foreign research data,the research methods used in the research process,and the research content and research framework of the thesis.The second chapter begins with the classification of wood structures.The characteristics and properties of CLT materials and the advantages and shortcomings compared with other traditional structures are introduced from large to small.The last chapter of this chapter is supplemented by two representative cases to illustrate the application of CLT.The third chapter goes deep into the research field of architecture and analyzes and studies the CLT wall.Relying on the functional positioning and design requirements of the "module" of the wall in the architectural design,combined with the characteristics and properties of the CLT material,it puts forward three aspects of "structural safety","physical performance" and "easy installation".Design goals.The fourth chapter mainly analyzes the method of CLT wall structure design.According to the CLT wall structure design target explored in the previous article,combined with the condition analysis of CLT wall structure design,borrowing the relevant theory of product design,the standardized design method is selected as the bridge between communication conditions and goals.Completed the"condition-method-target”design system.In the fifth chapter,the standardized design method is used to integrate the CLT wall structure design,especially focusing on the four aspects of "wall material","structural level","structural connection" and "detail design".In the comprehensive analysis of the existing CLT wall construction practices,the key points that should be controlled at the time of standardization design were sought out,and the general connection between the measures and results in the structural design process was explained.In the sixth chapter,the CLT wall structure design method and related theories are combined with the current building design standards in China,and a series of effective insulation is proposed from the aspects of materials,layers and construction methods.,waterproof,sound insulation,fire protection construction practices.The full text is closely related to the core issues in the design of CLT wall structure,and the process of building structure design,which is usually regarded as "experience",is theorized and clarified.The research results have great reference value for the development of CLT wood structure in today’s domestic environment.The process of exploring the design method in the text is also worthy of reference for the relevant design personnel.This paper has a total of 108 pictures,27 tables,and 80 references. |
