In recent years,China has increased the construction of inter-city railways,forming many urban agglomeration transportation networks centered on core cities and radiating to surrounding small cities,further narrowing the time and space between cities and profoundly changing the people's life styles between neighboring cities.However,a series of problems have also become prominent,especially the long-term static unified fare system has lost the fare to adjust the supply and demand matching relationship,resulting in a serious imbalance of passenger flow in different periods,peak passenger flow is too crowded,and low peak There is less passenger traffic during the period,and the transportation capacity is wasted and the company loses a lot.In order to solve this problem,this paper mainly studies the inter-city railway time-sharing pricing strategy based on passenger selection from the following aspects:(1)Through reviewing domestic and foreign literature,the paper analyzes related theory and model,pointing out that combining passenger classification,time value calculation and fare optimization is a hot issue in current research.(2)The paper analyzes the basic theory of intercity railway fare,outlines the influencing factors and common models of high-speed railway pricing,studies the domestic and international railway pricing strategies,summarizes the advantages and enlightenment of foreign railway pricing models,and points out the shortcomings and problems of China's unified pricing model,analyzes the relevant theory of time-sharing pricing.(3)The paper studies passenger travel choice preferences and rules to provide support for time-sharing pricing strategies.Firstly,it analyzes the influencing factors of passenger travel and passenger travel behavior.Secondly,applying DBSCAN algorithm to Beijing-Tianjin intercity passenger survey data to segment passengers,get young people,high-end Business passengers,middle-class economy and senior leisure four types.Travel preference of different type is analyzed.Then,the time-value calculation model of four types of passengers based on the travel mode choice is constructed Based on the proportion of passengers in different time periods,time value of passengers of different periods is calculated.Finally,the paper clarifies the influence mechanism of passenger travel choice on fare.(4)A fuzzy mathematics method for dividing passenger flow peaks and valleys is established.Then the paper constructs a bi-level planning model for maximizing the revenue of railway departments and minimizing passengers' general travel expenses.The period passenger flow and fare are used as the link between the upper and lower layers,and the heuristic algorithm combined with the PSO and the Frank-wolfe algorithm is designed to solve the problem.(5)Taking Beijing-Tianjin intercity railway as a case study,the time value is calculated through questionnaire survey,and the bi-level planning model and algorithm are verified according to the daily passenger flow data.The results show that the time-sharing pricing can effectively balance the passenger flow in the peak and off-peak hours.It can reduce passengers' general travel expenses and increase railway revenue.
