| Cement based grouting material is composed of cement, aggregate, admixtureand mineral admixture, and it is a dry mixing with reasonable lever which is producedby mixing these materials. The various components of the cement based groutingmaterials and grouting material of fractions on properties of grouting material in dooron the performance impact of the grouting material lack of systematicresearch.Therefore this article use the local raw materials in Baotou to do somesystematic research, and use the orthogonal experiment to design the best ratio, anduse the final mixture ratio to do durability test. The results are as follows:Adding appropriate amount of rapid hardening cement can act some role such as,rapid hardening and early strength; adding appropriate amount of expansion agent canreduce the contraction of grouting mortar; adding silica fume can improve the strengthof the grouting mortar, but this has adverse effect to fluidity; adding fly ash canimprove the liquidity and workability of the grouting mortar, and when the content isappropriate it can improve the28-days strength of mortar; considering the fluidity,strength and shrinkage of grouting mortar, this paper selection the mortar ratio1:1;comparing the mobility, strength and dry shrinkage properties of three water-reducingagent final selects the naphthalene super-plasticizer, and by adding self modifier tooptimize the performance of naphthalene super-plasticizer, while reducing the cost ofsuper-plasticizer; by contrasting three kinds of retarders, the final choice of glucosesodium; when the water-feed ratio increases and the intensity decreases.After doing cement based grouting material orthogonal experiment, this paperget the best ratio, and the design of cement based grouting mortar on fluidity andstrength of all meet the standard.At the same time due to the addition of fly ashreduce production cost, obtained good economic benefits. The results of durability testof the grouting mortar shows: the electric flux, and carbonation depth are smaller andit with good volume stability.The research of this paper provides some reference value for the preparation ofcement based grouting material in future.The engineering practice in this paper provides technical guidance for JingCheng electrical insulator company in Inner Mongolia. This paper does study on insulator adhesive in different angles, such as mixing different mineral admixtures andchemical admixtures,different conservation regimes and mixing proless. And theseresearches provide reliable technical reference. |
