ATS alarm system is used to implement the monitoring and management of abnormal conditions in metro operation process by metro dispatchers.Since the push mode of ATS alarm information directly affects the reliability of the alarm system and the security of the operation process,it is necessary to investigate the push strategy of ATS alarm information.In this thesis,problems existing in the current alarm system are diagnosed,and the data push logic and display mode of information interface of the alarm system are studied by combining correlation analysis data mining technology and ecological interface design method.Then,a new push strategy of is proposed,which presents the logic of alarm data by using the alarm correlation data,and displays the alarm information with the alarm ecological interface.Finally,the effectiveness of the proposed push strategy is verified by human factor experiment.The main contents and research results of this thesis are as follows:(1)The ATS alarm system is analyzed by means of investigation,interview and comparison of alarm standards.We find that the main problems exsiting in the current alarm system are flood of the alarm information,and poor usability of system interface,which determine the research focus of ATS alarm push strategy.(2)For the problem of alarm flooding,on the basis of the characteristic analysis of ATS alarm data,this thesis analyzes the shortcomings of Apriori correlation analysis algorithm,and improves the Apriori algorithm from three aspects,including the selection of mining parameters,the processing of containing duplicates and the method of generating candidate set based on matrix and connection pruning process.A correlation analysis model of ATS alarm data is established.The correlation data in the alarm data is mined and the push strategy of presenting alarm data logic with alarm correlation data is proposed.(3)Aiming at improving the poor usability of alarm interface,this thesis optimizes the design of alarm interface from two aspects including alarm work domain analysis and SRK analysis by ecological interface design method.An alarm ecological interface is designed,and the push strategy of displaying alarm information on the alarm ecological interface is proposed.(4)A verification experiment of ATS alarm push strategy is completed,and the ATS alarm simulation system is designed and developed,which realizes the simulation of different alarm data rendering logic(associated data and traditional data)and alarm interface display mode(ecological interface and traditional interface).Then the effects of different push schemes on operation time,mental workload and system availability are studied by human factor experiment.The experimental results show that the proposed push strategy is more beneficial in reducing the mental workload of the operator and improving the usability of the system as well as the performance of the operator than the traditional alarm push strategy(which uses the traditional data and traditional interface)by presenting the alarm data logic with the alarm correlation data and displaying the alarm information on the alarm ecological interface.The ATS alarm information push strategy proposed in this thesis reflects the dispatchers’ cognition and decision-making process,provides support for the operators to deal with different levels of alarm events,enables dispatchers to identify,locate,diagnose and handle task anomalies quickly and accurately,and can help the operators to monitor and manage the metro operation process safely and effectively.
