Since the first high-speed railway was put into operation in 2008,China!s high-speed railway has been explored and developed for more than 10 years.At present,China’s total high-speed railway operating mileage ranks first in the world.With the improvement of high-speed railway network and the continuous increase of network density,high-speed railway stands out among various transportation modes with its many advantages.It has attracted more travelers to make high-speed trains their first choice for travel.Therefore,how to ensure the service quality,fully explore the transportation capacity and improve the operation efficiency of high-speed railway under the condition of existing high-speed railway network and existing equipment and facilities has become an urgent problem to be solved in railway production and operation.From this point of view,based on the characteristics of China’s high-speed railway operation,this paper studies the calculation of the passing capacity of high-speed railway.The main contents of this paper are as follows.(1)Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the passing capacity of China’s high-speed railways,the influencing factors of the passing capacity of high-speed railways are analyzed from the aspects of train organization and fixed equipment.This paper analyzes the existing calculation methods,points out the reasons why the existing methods are not suitable for China’s high-speed railway,and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of the existing methods.(2)This paper introduces the successful application of normalized operational charts in foreign countries,and expounds the concept of normalized operational charts.This paper analyzes the characteristics and application of the normalized operational chart,and puts forward the method to determine the time period of the normalized operational chart.(3)The concept of normalized operation diagram is introduced.According to the characteristics of high-speed railway in China,the normalized operation chart with general situation and crossing situation is constructed respectively.The model takes the maximum number of trains that can run in the time period as the first layer target,the minimum time occupied by the known maximum number of trains in the running diagram as the second layer target,and the train stopping proportion,running time,stopping time,crossing condition and time unit as constraints.The model is verified by two small cases.(4)An applicable genetic algorithm is designed.The coding,population initialization,fitness function,crossover operation,mutation operation and other operations of the algorithm are designed.The solution flow of the algorithm is constructed and the solution steps of the algorithm are designed.Finally,MATLAB is applied to program the algorithm.(5)Taking the Beijing-shanghai high-speed railway as an example,the simulation calculation is carried out on the passing capacity,and the operation diagram obtained is analyzed.
