| With China’s high-speed railway gradually entering the network operation phase,many lines are faced with the problem of limited capacity utilization.As the train stop plan is an important factor affecting the high-speed railway passing capacity,this paper studies how to improve the utilization level of high-speed railway passing capacity from the perspective of the optimization of stop plan.First of all,based on the analysis of the characteristics of high-speed railway passing capacity,this paper analyzes the influencing factors of high-speed railway passing capacity from two aspects of fixed facilities and transportation organization mode,and analyzes the principle and applicability of the existing high-speed railway passing capacity calculation method,taking the calculation principle of train stop deduction coefficient as the theoretical basis for later research.Then,by comparing the occupation time of overtaking and non overtaking,this paper studies the influence of the stop plan on the passing capacity from the three aspects of the stop mode,the balance of the stop times and the sequence of the train operation line,and puts forward the technical characteristics and layout strategy of the stop plan which is beneficial to the utilization of the capacity.Based on the theory of train stop grouping,in view of the problems existing in the existing optimization model of capacity utilization,such as the large solution scale and the mathematical representation of the stop plan can not reflect the relative position relationship of the stops,a 0-1 matrix is proposed to represent the train stop plan.Finally,the optimization objective is to minimize the extra occupation time of the train stop represented by the stop position relationship in the matrix,and the model is constructed with the stop rate,the maximum number of stops,the number of direct trains,the balance and accessibility of stops as constraints,and proposed the train stop frequency equilibrium,train stop pass far stopped,stopped at the station distribution equilibrium three matrix transformation strategies to construct the neighborhood solution,and designed the iterated local search algorithm to solve the model.Based on the train diagram data of xi’an-chengdu high speed railway in 2019,this paper optimizes the stop plan of 48 trains in the down direction of xi’an-chengdu high speed railway,compare and analyze the improvement of various indicators after optimization and map out the optimized train diagram,verifies the validity of the model and algorithm. |
