As China's economic construction develops vigorously,the railway industry that China has invested heavily also shows a prosperous scene.Today,high-speed-train has become a national business card of China,and the maintenance work needed by a growing number of high-speed-trains is increasing.In order to solve this problem,the development of the high-speed-train equipment quality maintenance system has become very urgent.After fully studying the core business processes of traditional high-speed-train equipment maintenance,the system successfully simplified the cumbersome business processes and realized online operations with the help of mobile Internet technology.It brings significant improvements in work efficiency and communication efficiency,creating high economic benefits for the company.The system mainly includes ten core modules:basic information management module,equipment point inspection management module,equipment routing inspection management module,equipment daily maintenance module,fault process processing module,scrapping process processing module,comprehensive evaluation module,statistical analysis module,message management module and system management module.In the development process of the high-speed-train equipment quality maintenance system,I participated in the following work:(1)Feasibility analysis,I studied the current situation of the high-speed-train equipment maintenance industry in the early stage of the project.I investigated and analyzed the same types of products already existed in the market,and evaluated the technical feasibility and commercial feasibility of the project.(2)Demand analysis,clarify the core demand through a series of means such as field inspections,and in-depth communication with the first-line business personnel within the company,further explore and record them into a book.(3)Summary design,according to the conclusions drawn from the previous stage,divide the high-speed-train equipment maintenance system into ten core modules and their sub-modules,and establish the logical model of the whole system.(4)Detailed design and implementation,establish the data structure of each module based on the previous stage of work,write code to implement,and perform unit testing.(5)System testing and verification,functional test and non-functional test the system according to actual work requirements to ensure product quality.The system consists of two parts,one is the mobile application based on C/S architecture developed by Android,and the other is a Web operation and maintenance platform built with B/S architecture as the core,adopting two open source frameworks of Spring and Hibernate.Data support is provided by Redis non-relational database.Selenium was used during the test to automate testing to detect compatibility issues.At present,the first version of the system has been developed and delivered to the company for trial operation.At the same time,the developers will continue to improve the system in terms of availability,compatibility,scalability,etc.according to the users'usage feedback to make the high-speed-train equipment quality maintenance system become a platform that is more in line with user needs.
