With the increase of the service life of EMU,the components of EMU are worn and aged,and the maintenance cost is increasing year by year.How to reduce the waste of planned preventive maintenance cost,reduce the investment of human resources and ensure the safety of operation is the subject we are facing at present.Based on the first-level overhaul of EMU in Chengdu East EMU,this paper finds out the main bottlenecks restricting the improvement of EMU's overhaul efficiency,and analyses the intelligent equipment of EMU's overhaul by consulting a large number of relevant information of EMU's maintenance management at home and abroad,combining with similar advanced management experience,and analyzing the key links such as inspection process,field operation and management mode.By comparing and analyzing the traditional manual inspection,it is concluded that there are over-maintenance and low efficiency in the first-level overhaul.Combining with FMEA failure analysis,the failure risk of pantograph components of EMU is analyzed.The inspection and maintenance methods of pantograph components of EMU are put forward,and the maintenance strategies of other key components of EMU are extended.The optimization scheme of primary maintenance of EMU is put forward,and field management and reinforcement measures are formed.The research content of this paper is the hotspot of the reform of repair system carried out by China Railway Corporation,which is aimed at improving the quality of EMU maintenance and optimizing the night primary repair capability of EMU.At the same time,it can play a guiding role in the first-level maintenance of Chengdu East EMU units,and also serve as a reference for other EMU first-level maintenance and modification reforms,promote the development of China EMU operation and maintenance work,and provide agreed reference for professionals.In the future,the author will take advantage of the advantages of using maintenance technology management,incorporate the concept of maintenance system reform into daily management,constantly optimize on-site EMU maintenance schemes,and change the current situation of cost waste.
