Study On Service Quality Evaluation Of Small-scale Green Space (SGS) In Xindu Chengdu

In recent decades,with the rapid development of urbanization in China,the drawbacks of rapid urban development have gradually emerged,and the mode of urban development has reached a new stage from "Incremental development" to "Inventory optimization".At the same time,with Chengdu formally raising the curtain of Park City construction,how to rebuild the quality and vitality of SGS through "ecological restoration" and "urban refurbishment ",and how to fully express the theme and connotation of Park City through the construction of SGS will become the most significant work in future urban development.Firstly,from the perspective of urban residents,this paper studies their perceptions and feelings of SGS from kinds of aspects,such as landscape,function and so on.It is hoped that based on the overall evaluation of urban residents on SGS,an evaluation model suitable for SGS can be established,through which,the service quality of SGS can be evaluated comprehensively from all aspects.Secondly,this paper takes SGS as research object,and makes many effective researches and analysis on SGS itself and its participants.The landscape pattern analysis of green space in Xindu District was completed by GIS platform.The results show that Xindu subdistrict has the highest fragmentation degree of green space,which is not conducive to the ecological value of urban green space.Moreover,among the three subdistricts,the SGS in Xindu subdistrict has the largest number,the lowest landscape separation degree,the best fairness of public participation and participation.At the same time,the quantitative description of the traffic accessibility of SGS is completed by applying spatial syntax.Finally,on the basis of consulting a large number of documents,through the usage frequency analysis of index and Analytic Hierarchy Process,an evaluation index system which can reflect and evaluate the service quality of SGS is finally established.Moreover,according to the data analysis of field investigation,this paper holds that for the service quality of SGS,people weigh more importance on those indices which are directly related to the environment quality and function,such as the harmony of the overall environment,the richness of colors,the diversity of accessory facilities,the interference immunity of overall environment and the diversity of vegetation ornamental characteristics.Finally,the existing problems of SGS in Xindu are summarized from evaluation results of evaluation system,landscape pattern analysis,the feed-back information of on-site investigation and questionnaire,and then put forward relevant upgrading strategies and design ideas.
