While urbanization brings the progress in material andspiritual civilizations, it also causes the pollution of residential environment.Improving people’s living conditions becomes an urgent need. As the place peoplelive in, residential area’s landscape construction attracts people’s attention a lot. Atthe same time, along with the vigorous development of real estate industry, residentialneighborhoods green landscape, as an important part of commercially developingresidential areas, is now becoming key component of residential area construction.With the increasingly mature of the theory of residential landscape construction, theassessment of it is still at the initial stage.This paper aims to do a thorough research of green landscape environment inresidential area, to primarily explore an assessment model of green landscape inresidential area. This paper mainly includes the following contents:1) From the humanity landscape, visual landscape, space landscape andecological landscape four aspects, select regional, belonging, culture, security,neighborhood peace sex, administrative levels feeling, color is rich, identity,environmental coordination, the enhancement of artistic, scale suitability, space of thediversity and facilities of comfort, landscape, accessibility, local sex the rationality ofthe layout, afforestation coverage, trees, plant diversity, the per capita amount ofpublic green land area of residential20indices such as green landscape indexclassification, establishes the evaluation index system, and calculated by using AHPto validate the consistency index weight and constructs the evaluation model.2) Use evaluation index model established by west lake garden and selected MaAnShan, the green landscape of the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. Firstly thequantitative indices of quantification in the evaluation index, all five of the ecologicallandscape evaluation indexes for the quantitative index. Based on the two placeresidential MOS field survey and green of basic material investigation, mathematicalformula calculation, the result that come out, according to the relevant rules andregulations, experts, according to certain standards are evaluated. Then forquantitative qualitative indexes, the humanities landscape, visual index landscape andspace for qualitative indexes of landscape.
