Taking a landslide of Dashan Expressway as an example,this paper studies the formation mechanism and influencing factors of landslide of embankment filled with soft foundation.Based on the field deformation and in-situ monitoring results,the deformation similarities and differences of different sections in the deformation area are analyzed by numerical simulation,and the types and failure modes of soft foundation fill slope are classified.At the same time,the main factors affecting the stability of soft foundation fill embankment are discussed through comparative analysis.The typical sections in the study area are selected for physical model test.The response mechanism of slope to filling loading and rainfall is analyzed by observing the experimental phenomena and analyzing the measured results.The purpose of this paper is to study the failure modes and formation mechanism of different types of Soft Foundation Embankment landslides.Finally,the typical section of Da-Shan Expressway is numerically simulated.Based on the analysis of the influence factors on the stability of fill embankment slope,the formation mechanism of soft foundation fill embankment is discussed.The main research results and conclusions are as follows:(1)This paper reveals the formation mechanism of landslide and its influencing factors by monitoring,testing and numerical simulation.The formation of embankment landslide of Dashan Expressway is mainly caused by landslide caused by filling loading and rainfall.The landslide also causes further deformation and destruction of embankment.(2)Combining with geological survey data and monitoring data,starting with studying the time and space characteristics of deformation of each section in the landslide area,the deformation characteristics of the deformation area of Da-Shan Expressway are analyzed.Then the deformation differences and influencing factors between different sections are compared and analyzed,and the typical characteristics of soft foundation embankment are summarized.(3)Summarize and study the deformation and failure phenomena of each section in the region and combine the monitoring results.The types,failure modes and deformation failure types of Soft Foundation Embankment landslides are preliminarily classified.By means of numerical simulation and comparative analysis of different sections,the deformation and failure mechanism of embankment landslide induced by filling is revealed.The influence of filling height,thickness of soft foundation,shape of interface between soft soil and bedrock and rainfall on embankment deformation is discussed.(4)Through physical model tests on three representative sections selected and studying the effects of loading factors and rainfall factors on different profiles,and the develope process and failure mechanism of embankment deformation are further revealed.The developed displacement monitoring system can better reflect the deformation and displacement of the slope surface,and it can monitor the creep deformation of soil test model.(5)The formation mechanism of landslide is numerically simulated by numerical simulation.It is verified that the factors of filling height and rainfall are the important factors affecting the stability of soft foundation filling body,and they are the key to the stability and failure form of filling slope itself.
