In recent years,the rapid development of Photovoltaic(PV)industry in China has made PV power generation more and more come into our lives.The support of national policies and the active participation of enterprises have greatly promoted the regionalization and miniaturization of PV power generation,and also put forward new requirements for the grid-connected technology of PV power generation.Aiming at the problems of small scale,wide distribution,diverse installation environment and inconvenient operation and maintenance of distributed PV,combined with existing communication technology and cloud service technology,an intelligent grid-connected distribution cabinet specially used for distributed PV power generation system is designed and realized on the basis of traditional distribution cabinet.On the basis of analyzing and discussing the structure,management and operation of the distributed PV power generation system,according to the distribution,operation characteristics and monitoring and management requirements of the distributed PV power generation system,the overall scheme of the intelligent grid-connected distribution cabinet of distributed PV power generation is determined.Considering distribution cabinets,on the basis of internal structure and way of communication,has developed a dedicated to the distribution of internal data and the cloud communication gateway equipment,the gateway integrated WIFI,GPRS and Ethernet and other three kinds of network communication mode,connect the power distribution ark inside and RS485 bus equipment,through the data by the protocol conversion,completed the smart grid power distribution ark and cloud server remote data information exchange and use the shortest execution time optimization algorithm,improve the communication performance of communication gateway.In this paper,the application of three different network communication modes in the gateway is introduced in detail in terms of hardware and software,and the data transmission quality and communication quality under different communication modes are tested.In the intelligent grid-connected power distribution cabinet,the communication protocol and touch screen are adopted for local detection.The number of connected devices,operation status of each device,network communication mode and whether the cloud server is online can be monitored through the touch screen.The intelligent grid-connected distribution cabinet can conduct real-time monitoring,operation and maintenance of distributed PV power generation system through logging into the cloud management system,and the operation and maintenance system can be accessed in different intelligent equipment terminals,which greatly improves the management mode and operation efficiency of distributed PV power generation system.Tested by the system,the distributed PV intelligent distribution cabinets operate normally and have stable communication status,can play a role for real-time monitoring of distributed PV system,the cloud the energy management system for power system monitoring and scheduling,in order to solve the management of distributed PV and operation scheme provides a new reference.
