| One of the most important problems that structural engineers faced is the need of strengthening and retrofitting the existing or damaged structures. As a new and effective method, strengthening reinforced concrete structures with CFRP has been paid more and more attention and has been widely applied. Compared with the traditional structure reinforcement method, it has high strength, lightly weight, corrosion resistance and other advantages, and it can be fast constructed, also does not affect the application of the original structure, so it has extremely wide application prospects. In the paper, the writer has investigated the designing theory of CFRP bending and strengthening beam and non-linear finite element analysis of flexural reinforced concrete beam, the main works are as follows:Firstly, according to previous experimental data, this paper has analyzed and summarized the technology merit and application research of carbon fiber strengthening concrete structure, also has analyzed the work principle and failure form of CFRP strengthened concrete beam. Then, through the analysis of development of reinforced concrete beam with CFRP at home and abroad, and according to the present "Concrete Structure Design Code" (GB5001—2002) of our country, a method for calculating the Carbon Fiber Reinforced of reinforced concrete beam flexural capacity considering the second force situation. Meanwhile, this paper has applied simplified formula to calculate the flexural capacity of Carbon Fiber Reinforced of reinforced concrete beam, and analyzed the influence of ultimate force of secondary force, by calculating and contrasting. Finally, the flexural behavior of nonreinforced and strengthened with CFRP concrete beam is analyzed by finite element software entitled ANSYSS. The paper used the large finite element software ANSYS10.0 to analyze this problem, as most of the CFRP reinforced concrete structures have been forced, then it has pasted the carbon fiber sheets, which has the secondary force, the second force can be analyzed through the life and death unit functions of ANSYS and the unit re-start functions. This paper has utilized the unit of life and death function of ANSYS to successfully simulate this problem, and also analyze the results of numerical value simulation further. |
