Study On The Design Of Yanbian Korean Ethnic Collective Houses Based On National Characteristics

In recent years,the Yanbian region’s economy has gradually developed with the support of the state.A large number of Korean residents have begun to live in collective housing.This has greatly improved the living environment for the Koreans.In the Yanbian area,Korean dwellings have evolved from traditional dwellings to modernized dwellings.The Korean nationality has its own unique customs and lifestyles.However,the design of the collective houses in China rarely designs houses according to the ethnic characteristics of the Koreans.Many Korean residents have traditional clam cultures and have their own unique customs.culture.After the check-in,the design of the functional space in the room was changed.Most of them changed the second bedroom into electric heating and other forms to meet their living need.But they could not be solved fundamentally.This paper analyzes the status quo and existing problems of Korean families in Yanbian area,and analyzes the current situation of residence and the functional space of four different family structures in single family,two family,three family and three generations’ satisfaction,existing problems,etc.It designed to meet the national characteristics of Korean residents and adapt to the Korean family of houses in the modern Yanbian area.The research content of the thesis generally includes the following aspects.The first chapter is mainly to establish the research object of the Korean family in Yanbian area.According to the geographical distribution and other factors,105 Korean households are selected.And the first-hand information is collected by means of literature,questionnaires,household surveys,etc.It analyzes the problems that exist.The second chapter mainly studies the living conditions of the Korean ethnic areas in Yanbian under the background of the development of collective housing in China.In-depth study of the influence of natural factors,human and social factors,cultural factors,customs and customs and the characteristics of Korean traditional dwellings in the development of Korean residential houses in Yanbian area.The third chapter studies the current situation of Korean nationality houses distributed in Yanji,Longjing,Helong,Hunchun,Dunhua and Wangqing.The main research object is the multi-storey and high-rise residential buildings in 105 Korean residential houses.It investigates the basic needs of the city where the residence is located,the type of housing,the type of housing,the area,and the family structure of the Korean residents,the resident population,the registered population,the age group,whether they live with the elderly,the children and applicability.The status quo,satisfaction and differences of the functional space of the Korean family houses of four different family structures,including single family,two-person family,three-person family and three-generation family,were analyzed.The fourth chapter mainly studies the design principles and methods of the Yanbian Korean community.Based on the characteristics of the Korean nationality,it designs and explores four different family structures of single family,two family,three family and three generations Finally,by studying the current situation of Korean families in Yanbian area,combining the traditional living customs and national customs of Korean residents,the practicality of each functional space is considered.In order to design a Korean family that meets the unique needs of Korean residents in modern Yanbian areas and design the house.
