| With the accelerated process of urban renewal,the rapid development of the Internet economy forces the wholesale market under the traditional business model to become a low-end industrial cluster in the city.Using market upgrading as a means to improve the comprehensive benefits of urban functions is a new direction of urban space development at present.Driven by the market economy,Zhengzhou,which was driven by the development of commerce and trade in the 1980 s,is gradually moving out or upgrading its wholesale market.However,due to the lack of a specific theoretical guidance system,there are still many problems in the spatial efficiency and function optimization of Zhengzhou’s wholesale clothing market.Therefore,the research on the optimization design method of the external space of the wholesale clothing market is of great value to the improvement of the renewal and development of Zhengzhou’s old urban areas and the optimization of the comprehensive economic benefits of the city.Referring to international relevant cases and theoretical research,this paper makes an in-depth study on the existing problems in the external space of Zhengzhou garment wholesale market based on field research and data statistics.Starting from behavioral psychology,combining with relevant theories of urban renewal,and according to the user’s activity characteristics and space requirements,the paper summarizes the key points of the optimal design of the external space of Zhengzhou garment wholesale market from macro and micro levels.First of all,the first two chapters elaborate the relevant research concepts and construct the theoretical framework of the research.According to the literature research,this chapter sorts out the development vein and research theory of the clothing wholesale market,the design concept and experience of its external spaceare highly summarized combining with the cases of clothing wholesale markets in various cities.Secondly,based on consumer behavior characteristics and activity flow lines,this part analyzes the problems existing in the external space design concept of Zhengzhou’s existing clothing wholesale market,and summarizes the internal spatial influencing factors of the external space,from the perspectives of external space structure,space scale and proportion,spatial interface,public service facilities and the creation of environmental atmosphere,summarized the influencing factors,and combined with "Internet +" electricity model study on related design strategy for each factor.Finally,taking Zhengzhou Yinji Commerce and Trade City as a case,from the macro and micro perspectives,combined with the Internet economy,the part carries out the design strategy practice on various elements of the external space of the clothing wholesale market,and constructs a three-dimensional market space,so as to provide reference for the subsequent upgrading of Zhengzhou clothing wholesale market. |
