Research On The Architectural Design Of The Reconstruction Project Of Xiliu Town Garment Wholesale Market In Haicheng

With the enhancement of China’s comprehensive national strength and the acceleration of urban modernization as well as the improvement of people’s living standards,people’s consumption concept is not only to buy and sell daily necessities,but also to pursue spiritual consumption,including enriching their leisure time through leisure and entertainment activities.In this context,people can no longer satisfy a single business model.Nevertheless,as a wholesale market building with a large area,its building utilization time is short,which often gives rise to the phenomenon of "An empty market".This phenomenon is a waste of resources for the shortage of urban space.Therefore,as far as the wholesale market with the comprehensive nature is concerned,it is necessary to conduct in-depth research and discuss its design and construction.For s start,this thesis expounds the significance of wholesale market for urban development,and introduces the research status at home and abroad.Secondly,on the basis of combing related concepts,this thesis makes a case analysis of typical Yiwu small commodity wholesale market.At the same time,blended with the theories of environmental psychology and space syntax,this thesis studies the architectural space,function and streamline of wholesale market.Furthermore,based on the analysis and discussion of the present situation of the clothing wholesale market in Xiliu Town,in combination with the actual project situation,this thesis applies the above related theories to analyze,and studies the design of the wholesale market from the perspective of spatial function and streamline.In the last,according to the above analysis,this thesis makes a summary.This article studies and analyzes the reconstruction of the clothing wholesale market in Xiliu Town,Haicheng.Following the "people-oriented" design concept,the author analyzes and sorts out the overall spatial layout of the wholesale market and the connection of various functions in the wholesale market theoretically.Analyze existing problems through on-site investigations,introduce architecture,urban planning and design and other related theories,and based on environmental psychology theory and space syntax theory,from the perspective of exploring space,taking functional organization and streamline design as the starting point to carry out the project profiling.The author tries to put forward relevant design principles and theories for this type of architectural design,which can be used as a reference for other related types of design.
