In recent years,with the rapid development of economy and the rapid growth of population,the number and scale of urban road lighting facilities are gradually expanding,its power consumption is increasing,and the lighting scope is becoming wider and wider.The traditional way of street lamp lighting management can not meet the needs of modern management,so it is urgent to establish a modern and intelligent street lamp system to implement scientific management,effective monitoring and comprehensive analysis of street lamp.In this context,in order to realize the automation and real-time monitoring of street lamps and provide a visual remote management and monitoring platform,this paper proposes and implements a intelligent street lamp management and control system based on WebGIS,based on the analysis of domestic and foreign street lamp systems and the current management requirements of urban street lamp.By comparing various development software and documents at home and abroad,the JS API of AMap,which is easy to use,accurate in data and rich in functions,is finally selected for development.The main research work and achievements are as follows:(1)The system uses WebGIS technology to mark the geographic location of street lamp on the network map,and links the query function of geographical attributes with database operation.By querying the attribute information of street lamp,real-time data of street lamp operation can be obtained,such as current,voltage and brightness.(2)For abnormal situations,the system can automatically alarm,locate,judge the type of fault and its emergency degree,and plan the optimal navigation route to guide staff to repair and deal with.(3)The system divides the city into several responsibility areas,establishes the responsibility area system and regional query function,and superimposes business data and spatial data on the map to help managers visually analyze the running status of the whole city street lamp.(4)The system combines remote manual control with automatic control to control the on/off and brightness of street lamp flexibly.The automatic control uses the way of measuring illumination intensity,vehicle speed and traffic flow to dim light,and gives the specific measurement scheme and dimming scheme.Based on WebGIS technology and Internet of Things technology,this paper studies the management and control software of intelligent street lamp control system.After the comprehensive use of various technical means,the functions of energy-saving operation,hierarchical management and visual monitoring of street lamps are finally realized.Through the trial operation of the system,the street lamp can be monitored and managed with low cost,high efficiency and intelligence,which plays a good role in promoting the development and construction of the city.
