In recent years,with the continuous acceleration of urban and rural road construction,the rural road network has basically formed,and the road traffic conditions in rural areas have undergone fundamental changes.At the same time,its lighting demand is also increasing day by day,and the number of photovoltaic street lights put into use on rural roads is increasing year by year.There are more and more problems in the management of photovoltaic street lights,such as a lack of maintenance personnel,low management efficiency,and single control methods,which increase the difficulty and cost of street light management.Rural areas urgently need a reliable,stable,and intelligent measurement and control system to uniformly manage large-scale photovoltaic street lights.This article combines the shortcomings of current street light management and the analysis of lighting needs in rural areas,and designs a rural photovoltaic street light measurement and control system based on the Internet of Things.The main content of the paper includes:(1)This article proposes a rural photovoltaic street light Io T architecture,which divides the street light measurement and control system into four levels: on-site measurement and control layer,network transmission layer,data platform layer,and application display layer.According to the actual needs of street lights in rural areas,the functions and Technology roadmap of each layer are analyzed and introduced.(2)A photovoltaic street light on-site controller suitable for rural areas has been developed based on STM32F103.The on-site controller achieves current and voltage parameter detection of street lights,photovoltaic panels,and batteries,as well as single lamp control of street light switches and battery charging control.Remote measurement and control are achieved through the NB-IOT communication module.The Functional verification was carried out through the experimental platform built in the laboratory.(3)The rural photovoltaic street lamp management system based on ONENET cloud platform is designed.Aiming at the management and maintenance needs of rural areas,the database model,server interface,street lamp management control module,user management program,Data and information visualization of the system are designed.The battery fault identification method based on K-Means is given,and is verified by actual operation data.This article is based on the Internet of Things technology and cloud platform technology,with photovoltaic street lights as the research object,and builds an Io T rural photovoltaic street light measurement and control system to achieve energy-saving operation,hierarchical management,and visual monitoring functions of photovoltaic street lights in rural areas.The test results show that the rural street light measurement and control system designed in the project has practical functions,stable data transmission,low overall cost,and has broader market prospects and greater social value compared to existing street light systems.
