Anhui Province Baishenmiao County Renovation Construction Planning Schematic Design Research

The rapid development of the social economy has accelerated the process of urbanization,and the focus of the construction of various national undertakings has also shifted.The most important thing is to move from heavy cities to heavy rural areas.The 19th National Congress also put forward new requirements for the revitalization of beautiful villages and rural areas.The central No.1 document also confirms the importance of rural infrastructure construction,and it is imperative to build a beautiful and livable rural environment.Although township construction has achieved good results in recent years,it has encountered many practical problems in the implementation process.Not only has it not improved the living standards of human settlements,but it has also brought about cultural conflicts and other contradictions.In order to smoothly carry out environmental remediation,we must constantly explore and advance,find strategies to solve problems,and sum up the rectification plan that can be used to truly improve the living environment of township residents.The article first clarifies the relevant theoretical systems that need to be relied upon in the township rectification planning,and provides an important theoretical basis for the rectification of township governments;Followed by the village town government resident landscape remediation methods and theoretical research,from the following six aspects:Environmental sanitation,infrastructure remediation,greening environmental remediation,public service facilities remediation,architectural features,landscape node remediation,and specific remediation measures based on actual conditions;once again,it analyzes the status quo of the government of the Baishenmiao Township in Anhui Province,analyzes the actual problems in the various functional areas,and finds the internal factors that affect the ecological habitat environment,so as to prescribe the right medicine;finally,starting from the four contents of pollution control,infrastructure remediation,public service supporting remediation and upgrading project,the research and practice of rectification and specific content have effectively improved the living environment of the Baishenmiao Town Government resident and other areas.Environmental remediation plays a certain role in reference.Through the theoretical basis research on township environmental remediation planning and the analysis and summary of domestic rural rectification planning cases and the experience of foreign countries with more successful rural construction and Korea,Japan and other regions.At the same time,it summarizes the status quo problems faced by the domestic rural remediation planning,and applies it to the township rectification planning plan that I personally participated in the practice.Based on the research on the rectification of the government of the Baishenmiao Town Government in Anhui Province,the article starts with the relevant national policies and practical issues concerning village construction in the country and Anhui,and draws on the theoretical and practical research results of the domestic and rural human settlements environment.At present,a series of problems existed in the resident environment of the Baishenmiao Town Government,constructing a rational principle and framework for remediation objectives,and put forward rationalization proposals for remediation planning research,and carried out practice.
