Study On The Renovation Planning Of Suburban Rural Human Settlements In Guanzhong Area

The countryside is an important part of China's residential system.As the foundation of the Chinese civilization,bearing the Chinese people's life of yearn and reminiscence in traditional farming era.Under the background of the building moderately prosperous society and achieving the first centenary goal,the state has a higher requirements for rural life and environment.However,in the process of continuous urbanization in China,the impact of the city on the countryside has caused changes in different fields such as: boundaries,scale,types,and methods of residents' living activities.The long-term steady state of rural settlements was broken and the quality of life was also worried increasingly.This situation is even more distinct in suburban villages.The improvement of human settlements is an important starting point for solving this real problem,but most research and practice objects focus on cities.The remediation method only proposes a group of construction projects based on the differences in material categories,ignoring the various elements of the human settlement environment and the internal connections in different dimensions.In a word,the research is feeble to some extent.On the basis of summarizing relevant research and practical cases at home and abroad,this paper visits a large number of suburban villages in Guanzhong area which has been rehabilitated by human settlements.This paper summarizes the contradictions and conflicts in the implementation and construction,and analyzes the shortcomings in the planning methods.The characteristics of residential space in the suburbs were reconstructed from the perspective of time and space.The suburban rural human settlement environment content system was reconstructed,and the planning framework for suburban rural human settlements in Guanzhong area was established,including: the concepts,principles,objectives,contents,strategies and safeguards,etc.These are committed to promoting the healthy and sustainable development of suburban villages in Guanzhong.This paper mainly draws the following conclusions:(1)The problems in the preparation method of suburban rural rectification planning in Guanzhong area is the primary cause,which caused problems like the disappearance of the characteristics of the settlement space,the break of the cultural heritage,and the low vitality of the newly built public space after the rectification of the rural human settlements.The inconvenience of the preparation method for the settlement of human settlements is mainly reflected in three aspects: the imperfect planning structure,the lack of planning and preparationcontent,and the ineffective implementation of the planning process.(2)The overall characteristics of urban suburban residential space in Guanzhong area demonstrates the fuzzy hybrid feature and the functional multi-mix feature.Along with the impact of urban social capital,technical means,culture and other external factors,the long-term stable pattern of human settlements in suburban villages has been broken,and multiple transformations such as reshaping,change,and conservation have continued,thus the human settlements presents a scene with modernity and tradition,reality and virtuality.(3)Reclassify the suburban rural living environment content system based on the perspective of time and space.Introducing the concept of “Human Living Activity Memory Field”,which related to the value of human settlements in the multi-dimensional perspectives of society,time and space,and identifies three types of human settlement activities and the memory fields of the eight major human settlements,and respectively according to the differences in content attributes.It map into four types of geography,such as daily life,social representation,local order,and spiritual culture.The main content of the suburban rural settlement regulation is clarified,which is the planning framework for the suburban rural settlement environment in Guanzhong area,and lays the foundation for research conditions.(4)Constructing a framework for the renovation of rural suburban residential environment in Guanzhong area.On the basis of previous research,I judge the essence of the settlement planning of human settlements,and the optimization direction of remediation planning,proposed the tasks,concepts,principles and objectives of planning are clarified,the planning contents and intervention measures are elaborated,and appropriate implementation safeguard measures.(5)Based on the case of the renovation of human settlements in Cha dao kou Village,the content of remediation and optimization of four types of human settlements is elaborated.Including: the use of "historical questioning" to achieve the continuation,inheritance and display of suburban rural patterns and textures;the use of "vigorous reshaping" to revitalize streets,squares and micro-public spaces to meet the reasonable spatial scale,functional adaptation and Revitalization and other requirements;use the "integrated activation" method to optimize the ruins,traditional dwellings,military defenses and other buildings(structures)in the base,inherit the historical context of the countryside,highlight the cultural heritage of the countryside,and enhance the identity of rural residents.The “prototype upgrade” method is used to upgrade the residential buildings in the base to ensure that the residential space pattern,form and function are not only historical but also adapted to the needs of modern life,and the infrastructure is upgraded according to the future needs of the village.And the quality of service in public service facilities.This study not only established the analysis and remediation framework of suburban rural living environment in Guanzhong area in methodology level,but also provides a detailed empirical case in a practical way for the most urgent suburban rural settlement environment problems.
