With the gradual emphasis on smart grid construction,energy conservation,emission reduction technologies and the distributed generation(DG)will be used in more new and broad development spaces in China.However,due to the large-scale access of DG,the distribution network gradually changes from the passive mode of traditional single-phase power transmission to the active distribution network(Active Distribution Network,ADN),which indicates that DG access to the power grid will affect the traditional power supply.The operation of the system has a profound effect.Fully considering the active management mode in ADN,optimizing the configuration of DG in the active distribution network based on active management measures,it is aimed to improve the initiative of DG in the operation of distribution network,which has certain theoretical guidance significance and engineering application value.The main research contents of this article are followings:This paper first briefly introduces the definition and classification of several common DGs,analyzes the DG-connected power flow calculation scheme,and simplifies the subsequent power flow calculation process.According to the characteristics and key technologies of the ADN,three active management methods are proposed to ensure that the distribution network will be accessed to the DG in the future in large scale.It will not adversely affect the reliability of the power grid operation.Secondly,aiming at the problem of DG optimization configuration,the objective function is constructed with the goal of minimizing the total cost of distributed power configuration.The total cost includes the cost of power generation,cost of network loss,and cost of DG environment.It is constrained by the requirements of the actual system operation.And then,considering that there are many shortcomings in the application of traditional genetic algorithms in practical engineering,this paper proposes two improved methods of genetic algorithm to enhance their search abilities for the solution space of the solution problem.An example is used to test the relative superiority of the two improved algorithms.The results show that the improved adaptive genetic algorithm(IAGA)for DG is better than the Vector Evaluated Genetic Algorithms(VEGA).Finally,the proposed distribution power optimization scheme was verified in Chaoyang city,Liaoning Province.After the simulation,the optimal DG configuration scheme was obtained.According to the control variable method,the specific indicators in the scheme were compared with other schemes to verify the feasibility and superiority of the proposed scheme.
