The rapid development of Distributed Generation(DG)has led to the entry of a large number of DGs into the distribution network.After a large number of distributed power sources are integrated into the distribution network,it has a great impact on the power system running current,power quality and short-circuit capacity,which limits the grid-connected scale of DG and is not conducive to the optimization of energy structure.Based on the above problems,in order to improve the ability of the distribution network to absorb DG,this paper studies the Active Distribution Netwok(ADN)and its related technologies.ADN can real distribution from the aspects of system,DG and management.The active planning and intelligent configuration of the power grid facilitates the operation and management of the distribution network.ADN adopts the active network management mode.From the perspective of grid operation,it absorbs DG more reasonably,improves power quality,and improves the operating conditions of power grid equipment.First,due to the instability of the DG itself,the system voltage and frequency fluctuate and the power flows in both directions,which causes the system to have a large-scale power outage.Through self-management,ADN uses a hybrid layered grid structure,it can make full use of the amount of DG consumption in the system and the amount of grid-connected location.The technology regulates the entire distribution network through a layered management method,effectively improves the operating conditions of the distribution network,and achieves the goal of peak-to-peak filling under the premise of satisfying the stable operation of the load.Second,in order to minimize the comprehensive cost of DG grid connection and minimize the amount of DG output removal,this paper designs a two-layer optimization model,which uses adaptive genetic algorithm and original dual interior point method to solve the model.For this model and algorithm,the ADN optimization planning example is established.Through comparative analysis,the optimized DG grid connection location is obtained,the system grid-connected capacity is maximized,and the operating cost of the system is reduced.Finally,establishing the main function and information model of active distribution substation which including sequence control function model,power quality information function model and condition monitoring function model.The realization process of multi-service function in substation is researched.According to the mapping from IEC61850-80-1 to IEC60870-5-104,the information exchange of distributed power access is realized,which provides data decision support for grid-connected distributed power generation.
