Due to special geographical and climatic reasons,the Luanhe River has caused frequent flood disasters,which seriously threatened the lives of people in the basin and caused huge social and economic losses.The Panjiakou Reservoir is built on the main stream of the river and plays a major role in the prevention and control of downstream floods.It actually undertakes the main flood prevention tasks downstream.Aiming at the practical problems of flood control dispatching in Panjiakou Reservoir,this paper analyzes the flood characteristics of flood season and conducts scientific and reasonable flood control dispatching research on the reservoir.Facing the problem that the current flood control of Panjiakou Reservoir does not fully consider the requirements of downstream flood control,this paper focuses on the characteristics of flood season flooding characteristics and reservoir flood control dispatching theory,including the design flood process of the reservoir and the flood area.Discussion on the composition and optimization of reservoir flood control.The main results have been achieved:(1)Using the Copula function to construct the joint distribution of flood peaks and floods.Based on the results of the bivariate and frequency joint distribution,the 1962 is selected as the typical year.The bivariate and frequency amplification method is used to estimate the design flood process of the Panjiakou Reservoir.The results prove that the bivariate The design flood process of the same-frequency design calculation has a better effect on the description of the flood process,improving the safety of the design flood.(2)Comprehensive analysis of historical flood and measured flood data,using the same frequency composition method to analyze the flood composition between the Panjiakou Reservoir and the control section of Luanxian Station.The composition of the interval flood area was studied.It was determined that the design flood composition of the Luanxian station was based on the unfavorable combination of the Panjiakou interval and the same frequency of the Luanxian station and the Panjiakou reservoir.(3)Taking the county as the control point,the flood control scheduling model of the Panjiakou Reservoir with the maximum peak clipping is constructed.The improved genetic algorithm is used to solve the model,and the two designs are used once in 50 years and once in 100 years.The flood control process was carried out during the flood process,and the peak clipping effect was obvious.
