In practical industrial application,the ambient temperature change is the main source of error in the angular accuracy of the rotating shafting in the portable articulated coordinate measurement instruments machine(PACMM).In order to eliminate the influence of the ambient temperature on the angle measurement accuracy of the rotating shaft system,this paper proposes a new method for Angle measurement error compensation of the circular gratings,and designs a set of data acquisition and processing system for angle measurement error compensation.The specific works are as follows:1.Analyzed the source of the angular error of the rotary joint circular grating,and compared the existing error compensation methods.Based on harmonic analysis and polynomial fitting and radial basis function neural network,two new round grating angle error compensation models with temperature influence factors are proposed.2.Analyzed the application of the two error compensation algorithms,and the compensation effect and reliability of the compensation model are verified by experiments.The experimental results show that the two new angular error compensation models proposed in this paper have improved the angular accuracy of the circular grating by 26 times and 20 times respectively.It can effectively compensate the angular error of the rotating joint circular grating at 10~40 ?.3.Analyzed the functional requirements of the data acquisition system of PACMM,determined the data acquisition and processing system scheme based on SCM,CAN bus,embedded software development,upper computer software development and other technologies,which can realize synchronous data acquisition and synchronous correction of Angle measurement error.
