Energy is the source of human survival activities.With the development of social economy,people's demand for energy is increasing.Traditional sources of energy include the heat from the sun,firewood and power from rivers.Today,most of our common energy comes from fossil fuels,but the amount of these limited resources on earth is running out.Energy structure refers to the composition and proportion of various primary and secondary energy sources in total energy production or consumption.Energy structure is an important content of energy system engineering research,which directly affects the pattern of utilization of the ultimate energy in all sectors of the national economy,and it also reflects the living standard of the people.Energy restructuring is an important task facing China's energy development,and it's also an important part of ensuring China's energy security.In order to guarantee the sufficient supply of energy sources and the sustainable development of environment and economy,it is necessary to analyze the energy structure of Hebei province from the aspects of supply,consumption and efficiency of energy structure.Therefore,this thesis introduced the related concepts of energy structure firstly,and the energy supply structure and energy consumption structure of Hebei province were analyzed in detail.Secondly,according to the characteristics of energy structure in Hebei province,the existing problems of energy structure were analyzed from four aspects: the energy efficiency,the carbon emission,the energy supply and demand and the energy security risks.A multi-objective optimization model of energy structure with constraint conditions was constructed afterwards.Then the multi-objective decision-making model was solved by using the quantum particle swarm algorithm,and the development direction of energy structure in Hebei province was clarified.Finally,suggestions for future regional energy development were put forward,which were of great significance to energy security and sustainable economic development in Hebei province.
