The construction industry is the pillar industry of the national economy.In recent years,China's construction industry has developed rapidly,and the scale of the industry has continued to expand,providing a large number of jobs for the society,and has made significant contributions to social development and people's livelihood.However,the lack of management level of construction enterprises and the backward organization of engineering construction have brought tremendous pressure on the sustainable and stable development of the construction industry.The optimal goal of project duration,cost,quality and safety in the project is the key to ensuring the success of the project,so it is necessary to conduct in-depth research on this.Establishing a multi-objective optimization model for an engineering project is a key task.In the current research on multi-objective optimization of engineering projects,the relation between the project time,cost,quality and safety level is less considered.Based on the analysis of the factors affecting the safety level index of the process,this paper establishes a mathematical model of safety optimization,and combines with the established single-objective optimization model such as “schedule model”,“time-cost model” and “quality optimization model” as “time-cost-quality-safety comprehensive optimization model”.In order to effectively solve the constructed multi-objective optimization model,this paper makes an in-depth study on the solution method of multi-objective optimization model.On the basis of exploring the basic principle and implementation technology of quantum particle swarm optimization algorithm,the Matlab software is used to program the algorithm.According to the characteristics of multi-objective optimization problem,the coding scheme,operation criterion and operation parameters are designed.Then,combined with engineering examples,the simulations are carried out,and a series of Pareto solutions for the construction period,cost,quality and safety level are obtained.The entropy-TOPSIS algorithm is designed to make decisions on the scheme.Finally,choosing the programs that decision makers are satisfied.The results show that the quantum particle swarm optimization algorithm is effective in solving the model,and the obtained Pareto solution set can provide effective support for project managers' decision-making.
