The intelligent distribution network is a key part of the national smart grid construction and an important part of ensuring the normal operation of the smart grid.Effective communication of services in the distribution network is the basis for ensuring the healthy construction of smart distribution networks.At present,there is no single network that can guarantee reliable and efficient transmission of smart distribution network services.With the continuous construction of smart distribution network,the demand for throughput,speed,delay and other requirements of smart distribution network transmission services is increasing,so we need to find a new transmission way to meet the existing requirements.The main transmission methods are fiber transmission,power line carrier communication and wireless communication.Wireless communication is superior to other transmission modes in terms of facility cost,network construction,transmission reliability,transmission range and so on.However,existing wireless spectrum resources are occupied by medical,industrial,and national units,the scarcity of spectrum resources is a major constraint on the development of wireless communication technologies.In order to solve this problem,cognitive radio technology is proposed.Cognitive radio is the development direction of next-generation wireless communication,and it is an intelligent wireless communication system with dynamic spectrum access capability.Cognitive radio uses spectrum sharing between authorized users and cognitive users for the transmission of services over wireless channels,when the channel is idle,the cognitive user takes the authorized user to own the channel for traffic transmission,which can obviously improve the utilization of the spectrum.It is used in the intelligent distribution network transmission services to improve the effectiveness,reliability,security and network communications of smart distribution significantly.This paper proposes a channel information allocation algorithm based on the classification of service levels in smart distribution networks and the prediction of available channel time based on BP neural network.The experimental results show that the proposed new allocation algorithm is superior to the random access allocation algorithm and the service demand allocation algorithm in terms of channel capacity,transmission delay and outage probability.
