Graphene has good mechanical,electrical and sensing properties and is an ideal material for the preparation of flexible sensors.Graphene flexible sensor is of great significance for aircraft structure monitoring,damage,fatigue monitoring,etc.,and it is very suitable as a new-generation structure monitoring sensor.At the same time,the flexible sensor is good for monitoring human physiological signals.The flexible sensors assembled based on graphene composites are studied.The performance of sensors was tested and the multi-function monitoring application of graphene flexible sensors is investigated.First,a flexible strain sensor based on graphene/polyurethane?PU?composite film is studied.The flexible strain sensor is prepared by lamination process,and it has the advantages of facile fabrication,good electrical conductivity and high sensitivity.Its strain testing range is0-25%and gauge factor is up to 150.The strain sensor has good stability and wide operating temperature range.Then a flexible pressure sensor based on graphene/silicone rubber composite is studied,the flexible pressure sensor is prepared by solution mixing process,it has good mechanical flexibility and excellent stability,the sensitivity is 2.7×10-2kPa-1 and the response time is less than 80ms with an operating temperature range of 30°C-75°C.In the multi-function monitoring application,we investigated structure monitoring of the graphene flexible sensors for aluminum alloy materials and composite materials which are commonly used in aircraft.The flexible sensors can be attached on the surface of aluminum alloys structure embedded in the composite structure to realizes accurate monitoring for strain and pressure on the structure.In addition,the graphene flexible sensor can accurately monitor the human motions signal and it has good application potential in the pilot wearable device.
