| As energy shortages and environmental pollution become more and more serious,land resources are getting more and more intense,the development of the power grid is facing more severe challenges.At present,the trend in the global energy sector has turned to a new type of clean power source that is environmentally friendly.In China,while the scale of renewable energy development continues to expand,it has caused the problem of the mismatch between growth in power installation capacity and growth in demand-side electricity consumption.In addition,the renewable energy consumption market is in an immature stage of development,the export channel is not smooth and other factors,causing that the renewable energy output is limited and the abandonment of water/wind/photovoltaic is serious.With the development and application of new power sources in the actual power grid,this also puts forward new requirements for the planning and operation of traditional power grids.This paper studies the problem of the absorption of large-scale new energy and the planning method of power system.First,the development characteristics and consumption of renewable energy in China in recent years are introduced.The contradiction between the current development of new energy and the planning and operation mode of power grids is summarized,the research progress of power grid planning methods with new power sources both at home and abroad are further reviewed.Through literature surveys,the key factors that should be considered in planning methods that should be economical and reliable.Secondly,the key factors affecting the consumption of new energy are analyzed from the aspects of grid factors and new energy sources.Based on this,a large-scale energy output model is established based on mathematical statistics,parameter estimation,and K-means power aggregation methods.Then,a two-level optimization planning model for power grids considering the ability to absorb new energy is established.The upper goal is to maximize the ability to absorb new energy,and the lower goal includes both economic and environmental benefits.This model belongs to the complex mixed-integer nonlinear two level uncertain programming problem.For this purpose,a hybrid PSO-ACO algorithm is designed to accelerate convergence and improve the accuracy of the algorithm.Finally,based on an example of planning power grid in a certain region,the optimization calculation is based on the model and the traditional planning model.The several kinds of planning scenarios were set up for simulation analysis and comparison.The results show that compared with the traditional economic planning,the planning method of this paper is more scientific and effective. |
