China's wind power industry has maintained a rapid growth in recent decades.However,wind power projects are faced with economic,technological,policy and other uncertain impacts.Blind investment and construction will lead to the waste of social resources and the loss of investors' own interests.Therefore,before the investment and construction of wind power projects,it is necessary to carry out risk assessment of the project risks they are facing.Traditional project risk assessment methods,inaccurate and need the sample size is larger,the wind power project risk assessment model based on artificial neural network easy to fall into local optimal problems,based on this kind of situation,this paper puts forward suitable for small sample,high dimension of support vector machine(SVM)algorithm is applied to wind power project risk assessment.In this paper,firstly,the research background,research significance,current research status at home and abroad,main research content and innovation points of this paper are summarized.Secondly,the basic theories of SVM and project risk management are summarized,with emphasis on the application of SVM.Then,according to the specific situation and development characteristics of China's wind power engineering projects,the risk assessment index system of wind power engineering projects applied to support vector machine assessment is constructed.Then,according to the index system and relevant historical data,the risk assessment model of wind power project based on support vector machine is construeted.After that,empirical analysis is made.Finally,through empirical analysis,the countermeasures for risk prevention and control of wind power engineering projects and the treatment methods after the occurrence of risk events are summarized.Based on support vector machine(SVM)method in machine learning theory,on the wind power project risk evaluation,constructed for support vector machine(SVM)model of wind power engineering project risk assessment,at the same time the model was applied to the actual cases,analysis assessed the datang new energy company's TA wind power project risk,and puts forward the countermeasures of prevention and control of risk and risk treatment method after the incident,has certain theoretical significance and at the same time have a strong practical value.
