As users' expectations for power quality and power supply reliability are getting higher and higher,distributed energy systems are gradually becoming the most promising way of energy distribution.Under this background,it's really necessary to discuss about how to make full use of those unique advantages of Langfang Power Supply Company on developing distributed energy systems,which can further contribute to the development of the enterprise as well as the whole industry.Based on this motivation,this paper introduces the origin,development status and existing problems of developed countries'and China's distributed energy systems in detail,and introduces the dilemma of developing distributed energy systems by Langfang Power Supply Company.We provide solutions for each of the main problems in developing distributed energy systems in Langfang Power Supply Company,such as the role of the company in the operation of distributed energy projects,how to optimize the dispatch after distributed energy access to the grid,how to build a multi-energy complementary distributed energy system.architecture,and how to implement active power distribution network planning after introducing distributed energy.Through the research of this paper,we can know that:First,Langfang Power Supply Company can dynamically choose a mode,leading mode or guiding mode,to maximize the economic and social benefits at different stages of developing distributed energy systems.Second,Langfang Power Supply Company can adopt the management method of virtual power plant,and study the distributed energy optimization model and solution method considering the characteristics of virtual power plant to realize flexible management of distributed energy.Thirdly,a new multi-energy complementary distributed energy system framework is built.It comprehensively considers traditional energy and new energy,integrated energy side system and decentralized energy system,to achieve the optimization of multi-energy and multi-solutions of Langfang Power Supply Company at the community level,and achieve the complementary advantages;Fourth,consider the active distribution network planning by incorporating distributed energy.It can effectively coordinate and optimize various types of distributed energy,including user load,energy storage equipment,etc.,increase the access ratio of distribution network to clean energy,increase the frequency of use of distribution equipment,and reduce the cost of retrofitting the distribution network,thereby improving the quality and reliability of the electrical energy and pointing out the impact to the distribution network after accessing the distributed energy system.In addition,this paper also establishes a multi-index comprehensive evaluation system for distributed energy systems of Langfang Power Supply Company by constructing a multi-attribute set pair analysis model.The indicators in the model cover factors such as economy,energy consumption and environmental protection.The AHP-entropy weighting method combined with subjective and objective methods is used to calculate the weight value of each index.The set pair analysis method is used to calculate the closeness of the schemes and evaluate the advantages and disadvantages of each scheme.At the same time,this paper uses examples to deeply explore the typical experience of the development of distributed energy systems at home and abroad.On this basis,it draws out the unique advantages of Langfang Power Supply Company in developing distributed energy systems,and then summarizes the strategies and measures of developing distributed energy systems in Langfang Power Supply Company.
