Wind energy has developed rapidly in China because wind energy is rich in resources,renewable,and clean and environmentally friendly.However,wind power consumption problems have also followed.The development and application of energy storage technology have effectively reduced energy losses,and the support of national policies has made energy storage more and more involved in the electricity market.The introduction of energy storage technology has brought significant effects to wind power generation systems,such as effectively suppressing wind power fluctuations and smoothing output voltage,which also reduced wind curtailment and increased wind power efficiency.First of all,based on the analysis of the multi-dimensional effect of energy storage in wind power consumption,the paper discusses the present status of the wind power grid in China and the main problems,and the necessity of wind-storage combination for the problems and causes of wind power consumption is analyzed.And the feasibility analysis of wind-storage combination is carried out from two aspects of energy storage policy environment and the utility of energy storage technology in wind power field.Then we analyzed the economic,social and environmental effects of combined operation of wind power and energy storage based on the theory of feasibility analysis.Secondly,the part we build the economic effect analysis model of the wind power and energy storage joint operation,the economic benefits of the independent operation of wind power and the combined operation of wind storage are compared and analyzed,and the conclusion that the combined economic effect of wind storage is better is obtained.And then the sensitivity analysis of the economic effects of the combined system is proposed,which had certain reference significance for optimal allocation of energy storage capacity and power.Thirdly,a social effect analysis model based on BP neural network algorithm is established,this part discusses the connotation and significance of social effect analysis of the joint system.And we analyze the social effect,such as the regional production,financial income,transportation,per capita income,employment and so on.In the end the validity of the model is verified by an example analysis.Finally,the influence of the combined operation of wind storage on the environment is discussed,and the index weight algorithm of traditional matter-element extension model is improved.The influences of wind-energy combination operation on natural environment,natural resources and resource utilization were studied,and it is concluded that the energy storage system can have good environmental effects in reducing pollutants and improving system efficiency.The encouragement policy of the state on energy storage side enables the energy storage market to develop rapidly,and the energy storage technology is further developed and mature.At the same time the wind power storage demonstration projects have also been implemented.Therefore,the analysis on the economic,social and environmental effects of wind power energy storage joint operation will help to establish a sound stage for the development of the energy storage market,and it has certain reference significance for promoting the harmonious development of energy and nature.
