Power planning has always been one of the most important issues in the power system.With the gradual deepening of the power market reform,it is of great significance to do a good job in planning the power system under the market environment.In recent years,new energy power generation technology has developed rapidly,but compared with the traditional power generation method,the cost is still high,and still needs policy support.Therefore,how to properly configure the installed capacity of various power sources and how to establish efficient new energy sources The technology integration mechanism has become an urgent issue for power generation groups and the national power sector Establishing a reliable power planning model,guided by appropriate policies,will help optimize the market structure on the power generation side and improve energy efficiency.This paper is aimed at the power generation market.For the power generation side power planning problem,the multi-agent method is used to simulate the behavior of each market entity on the power generation side.The power generation planning model of each independent power generation group under the market environment is constructed,aiming at optimizing the power generation side market structure for the relevant national departments.Provide a certain reference.This paper mainly does the following work:(1)Analyze the cost elements of four power generation technologies:fire,nuclear,wind and water,construct the investment income model of each power generation group,determine the objective function and constraints,and use real-coded The genetic algorithm performs internal optimization.(2)Based on the multi-agent method,establish the interaction mode between market entities in the market environment,and introduce the power generation side competition and demand side response mechanism.(3)Exploring the impact of demand,cost,and policy regulation on power planning results.Among them,in terms of demand,four representative demand situations were designed;in terms of cost,the impact of coal price was explored;and policy factors,including investment subsidies and environmental protection costs.From the perspective of power supply and demand relationship,electricity price,power generation capacity,power supply structure,etc.,the impact of various market factors on power generation side power planning is observed.The obtained results prove that the model can effectively reflect the linkage relationship between demand,supply and electricity price,and can be used to optimize the power generation structure of power generation.The main conclusions of this paper can be summarized as follows:(1)In the absence of policy factors,whether the demand is strong or weak,the competitiveness of wind power in the power generation market is relatively weak,and the market share is declining year by year.If the wind power is to be improved in the power structure In the proportion of the ratio,a more appropriate wind power subsidy should be set.(2)Compared with the determined demand,the stochastic demand will increase the proportion of thermal power and wind power in the power supply structure,because the construction period of thermal power and wind power is shorter.(3)Coal price has a great impact on the proportion of thermal power,hydropower and wind power.The increase in coal price has a significant inhibitory effect on the share of thermal power,and even can overwhelm the impact of environmental protection costs on thermal power.At the same time,wind power subsidies have a higher proportion of wind power.Great promotion(especially in the case of high coal prices).(4)By analyzing the cross-impact of the two policy factors,the reasonable range of investment subsidies and environmental protection costs is obtained.The conclusions of this paper can provide valuable reference for the national power sector to implement energy policy and optimize the power generation market structure.
