As the main consumer of energy,boiler has important research significance.Computational Fluid Dynamics(CFD)has been widely used in boiler numerical simulation.In practice,a large number of CFD data are needed to obtain the boiler temperature distribution map,which takes a long time.Now,the integration of wind power and photovoltaic has impacted the stability of the power system.Therefore,the rapid prediction of boiler temperature distribution is conducive to adjusting boiler operation,realizing the role of frequency modulation and peak shaving,and ensuring the stable operation of the power grid.The innovation of this paper is to put forward a method to quickly reconstruct the flame temperature field distribution of a tangential boiler based on CFD simulation and data reduction algorithm,so as to realize the prediction of the boiler temperature field.This paper is divided into two parts:numerical simulation and experimental study.Using CFD software,the temperature field distribution of the four-corner tangential boiler under different working conditions was simulated to obtain the temperature field database.Through the data dimensionality reduction algorithm,POD orthogonal basis was extracted and the flame temperature field was reconstructed based on a small number of thermocouple measurements.The simulation results and reconstruction results were compared and analyzed to prove the accuracy of the reconstruction model.The error analysis in this paper shows that with the increase of POD number,the reconstruction accuracy of the model first increases and then decreases,and then remains unchanged.With the increase of sampling rate,the reconstruction accuracy increases and does not change after reaching a certain value.The measurement position and noise level have little influence on the reconstruction result.Simulation research and experimental results show that this method can be applied to reconstruct the temperature field of the tangential boiler.Compared with the traditional simulation reconstruction,the reconstruction speed is effectively improved,the rapid reconstruction of the temperature field is realized,providing a new research direction for the reconstruction of the temperature field of the boiler.
