With the continuous development of China's economy,the living standard in the countryside is also improving,the rural energy structure is constantly changing.At present,biomass energy is replaced by commodity energy,this trend has led to a decline in the utilization of biomass energy,most of which are burned in situ,which not only wastes biomass energy,but also leads to fire hazards and air pollution.There are abundant renewable resources in rural areas,which are not utilized.The central heating facilities in rural areas of China are not good,the heating efficiency in winter is very low,and the heating coverage is also very low.Rural residential buildings are mostly single buildings,and there is no way to centralize heating.Research a cooker and heating home-furnace suitable for rural residential use,Not only it can meet the needs of rural residents and save the transportation cost of biomass fuels,but also can slow down the reduction of biomass energy use in rural areas in recent years.The main contents of this paper are as follows:In this paper,chemical analysis and industrial analysis of biomass pellet fuel are carried out to understand its combustion characteristics,the characteristics of sealed combustion of biomass pellet fuel are explored through experiments,the characteristics of biomass fuel's ignition and combustion were explored through experiments.The effects of fuel thickness,external temperature and water content on the internal temperature,the moving speed of drying front and carbon oxidation front,ash shrinkage and gas composition of biomass pellet fuel were investigated.When the fuel thickness is 11cm,the closed combustion can not carried out.The external temperature mainly affects the cooling condition at the later stage of closed combustion.The higher the external temperature is,the slower the temperature drops.With the increase of water content,the time of temperature below 100? increases.The external temperature has little effect on the moving velocity of the drying front and the oxidation front.With the increase of water content,the moving speed of drying front decreases.When the water content is 30%,the combustion will be extinguished directly,but the water content has little effect on the carbon oxidation front.This paper also explores the reburning after closed combustion.In the region that starts to cool down to the highest temperature,only ventilation can be reburned.In the region where the maximum temperature falls to 100?,it is necessary to ventilate first and then add fuel to make it reburned.In the region where the temperature drops to 100? to extinguish,a small amount of fuel needs to be added before ventilation.After the new fuel is ignited,it can be reburned by adding fuel and ventilation.The experimental results provided a basis for the simulation and in-depth theoretical analysis of biomass particle fuel combustion.According to the characteristics of biomass pellet fuel,and the characteristics of integrated industrial boilers,stoves,stove,type,and combined with the application situation,estimate the thermal efficiency of furnaces by fuel calculation and heat transfer calculation according to the design method of furnaces.On this basis,the various parameters of the stove are calculated and the necessary stove is designed.Testing the comprehensive performance of furnace.It was found that the burning speed of the furnace is very fast,but the burning time is relatively short compared with the whole process,and the heat preservation performance of the furnace is good.But the actual thermal efficiency of the furnace is 41.45%,which is 13.91%lower than the design thermal efficiency of 55.36%.This is due to the change of flame height during combustion,which can not be used to the maximum extent and the higher exhaust temperature.In a word,this furnace has sufficient firepower,fast start-up speed,full combustion of fuel in the stove,and good social and economic benefits.
